Whether you are aiming for a podium finish, a personal best, or your first Nationals campaign, this coaching package provides expert support tailored to ILCA sailors competing in ILCA 4, ILCA 6, and ILCA 7 fleets.
The even takes place 23rd-28th July at the ICONIC Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy - the venue of the 2012 games and some of the best sailing anywhere on the planet.
Coaching at the Regatta
During the 2026 ILCA UK Nationals, sailors will receive full support throughout the regatta with daily coach boat coverage, between-race feedback, and structured debriefs at the end of each day.
Coaching at the event includes:
- Coach boat support during racing
- Tactical guidance between races
- Video analysis and daily debriefs
- Help with starts, boat speed, mark roundings, and race strategy
- Support adapting to changing conditions across the championship
- Individual feedback and action points each day
The aim is to help sailors make better decisions, improve consistency, and build confidence over the course of the regatta as a pre-cursor to the 2026 Worlds in Aarhus the following week.
